I understand and agree that access to the Open Arms Surrogacy & Egg Donation (“Agency”) website and email communications will require the User (named above) to surrender certain confidential and/or proprietary -proprietary information including but not limited to terms of engagement, costs, fees, processes, time frames, resources, names of other parties, data from the Agency’s list of donors/surrogates and other information expected to meet the specific needs of the User. Except for the User’s family members, he agrees not to disclose the transmitted information to any third party or use the transmitted information in any way without the prior written consent of the Agency. Further, the User shall not contact or attempt to contact any donor/surrogate presented by the Agency via email or website without prior written consent. By accessing the Agency’s website and/or any email communication, the User agrees that any unauthorized use of information or communication will be considered a violation for which damages and fees and costs to the lawyer will accumulate. Exclusive jurisdiction shall arise in Manatee County, Florida. Privacy Policy *
