Welcome to my 7 Days Pregnancy Yoga Challenge. These pregnancy workouts are exactly what I did in each trimester and now I want to share them with you.
Today I want to share with you what you can expect from my yoga challenge and after this video you can start your first workout here – Exercise 1
Remember that your exercises must be safe and effective for you. It’s important to have access to workouts you can do in the privacy and comfort of your own home at times when you might want to avoid the gym.
I want you to participate in safe workouts that will keep you motivated and energized to keep working through each trimester. So let’s start it with the following 6 exercises.
There are many benefits to exercising while you are pregnant and yoga is well suited for expectant mothers. But please remember that not all yoga poses are suitable so ONLY participate in pregnancy yoga exercises taught by professionally qualified prenatal instructors.
