Lindsay Lohan Welcomes First Baby With Bader Shammas
Actress Lindsay Lohan has fulfilled her most important role: motherhood. The 37-year-old has given birth to her first child. According to a representative who spoke Page Six, mother and baby are doing well. Here’s everything we know about Lindsay’s little bundle of joy.
Lindsay gave birth to a Boy
A rep for the couple told the magazine that Lindsay took her son Luai to Dubai, where she and her husband, Bader Shammas, call home. “The family is over the moon in love,” said the rep. Page Six explained the background of the little boy’s unique moniker, sharing that the name is Arabic and means “protector” or “shield.”
The Good News Came Not Long After Lindsay Announced Her Pregnancy
Lindsay shocked and delighted fans in March when she posted a photo of a plain white onesie with “coming soon…” written on the front. “We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼,” he captioned the photo at the time.
Fans rallied around the expectant mother and shared their support and excitement over the baby news.
Lindsay and Bader Secretly Married in 2022
The new mama has been keeping most of her personal life out of the public eye these days. While fans have learned that she is engaged to the financier in 2021, no one knows exactly when the couple plans to tie the knot. Lindsay made the surprise announcement that the two are getting married in 2022.
He shared the news in a deleted photo captured by People magazine. “🎂❤️🥰I am the luckiest girl in the world. Not because I needed a man, but because he found me and knew I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time,” Lindsay wrote.
“I was stunned that this is my wife. My life and everything. ❤️every woman should feel this way every day 💖🙏.” She later confirmed the news by sharing a throwback photo in April 2023, celebrating her one-year wedding anniversary.
We Hope Lindsay Will Share More Information About Her New Little Man
Given Lindsay’s preference for keeping her private life quiet, we’re not sure we’ll be seeing her new bundle of joy anytime soon. While we’re hoping she’ll eventually get comfortable enough to give fans a glimpse of Luai and share some of the details of her birth, we totally understand why she’d want to stay in her little bubble of peace and privacy.
We hope mom and baby are recovering well and the new family of three is getting lots of time together. Soak up baby snuggles, Lindsay; they are the best thing ever!
