The Easiest Way to De-Puff Your Face at Home

It’s no secret that I love facials. I have been seeing my esthetician, Amanda Stedman, every few weeks for over four years. Not only is she one of my favorite people, she’s also one of the best estheticians in Dallas (she’s currently at Eleven Wellness) and has the BEST recommendations.

As someone who gets puffy more times (I could literally eat a french fry and my cheeks would puff up…but really), Amanda suggested that I use this ice roller and the refreshments of this drink (Yes, what you read is correct).

Guys, this is the best thing I’ve ever bought. Both items are inexpensive (IMO) and I keep them neatly in our freezer. I certainly don’t do this every day but when I have something planned or pick out some late-night pretzels, I like to roll my face with two things.

For the ice roller (the blue one), some mornings (or really never), I just take it out of the freezer and slather it on my face. I roll along my jaw line and then roll my cheeks. I also like to roll the roller down my neck, I feel like it helps move some of the fluid from my face to my neck!

The beverage cooler are for sure more effective but they require a little effort. I keep it this cucumber face mask in our fridge and apply to clean skin before I intend to use the *frozen* beverage chilling wands. Then the cucumber face mask was applied to my face, I remove frozen drinks with cooling water and quickly rinse with cold water (so they don’t stick to my face). Then I’ll take it the drink wands and do exactly what I do the ice roller but the best part about using beverage wands can you really’define‘ or go to certain parts of your face (under the eyes, cheekbones, jaw line). I can tell a huge difference in about 5-7 minutes of doing this!

If you decide between buying one or the other, start with the ice roller (the blue one). It is more convenient to use and is a good starting point. I love having both options in our freezer (especially now when I can’t see Amanda) because they are both used in different ways and one is ‘faster’ than the other.

I hope this is useful when you need some pick me up while you’re at home! xx
